Building on decades of experience in construction, real estate, and law, Greenwood focuses on the direct acquisition, holding, and management of residential and commercial properties in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern and Central Virginia.

Greenwood Investments is led by Partner & CEO Anthony M. Hill, a co‑founder with over four decades of experience as a licensed general contractor and entrepreneur, and Anthony C. Hill, Esq., Partner & General Counsel, a seasoned legal advisor with more than 20 years of experience in governance, compliance, and complex transactions. Together, they combine practical real estate expertise and legal insight to protect clients’ interests and support confident decisions.
